Our team manually reviews the profile's descriptions, photos, services, and rates before approval. Approval grants the Verified Sitter badge; it does not mean the sitter's identity or background was checked.
Identity Verified
Identity Verified is a separate badge awarded only after our team manually reviews an identity document the sitter uploads in their account settings. The document is stored privately and never shown publicly, and the badge is never inferred from profile approval.
Optional Document Checks
Sitters can submit police-check and insurance evidence. Each receives its own badge only after our team reviews the submitted document.
Reports and Ongoing Review
We review booking feedback and reported concerns and can restrict or remove profiles that no longer meet our standards.
