The Early Adopter tier is free while we build out the platform. We'll give at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes, and your rate will be locked in.
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime and your profile will remain visible until the end of your billing period.
We'll accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment processing will be available when we launch paid tiers.
No. The Pet Sitter is completely free for pet owners. They pay the sitter directly for the service.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you're on the Early Adopter plan, your locked-in pricing will transfer to paid tiers.
Your profile will be hidden from search results at the end of your billing period. You can reactivate anytime by resubscribing.
