The software is free for sitters and owners. There is no subscription, booking commission or card requirement. Sitters charge clients for their care.
We charge no booking fees. Clients pay sitters directly; a payment provider chosen by a sitter may charge its own fees.
Booking links, client records, messaging, calendars, report cards, invoices, review import and CSV exports are included. AI features are unavailable.
There is no plan-based client limit. File sizes, import batches and requests have operational limits to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
You choose your payment arrangements and share instructions with confirmed clients. We do not collect, hold or verify booking payments.
No. Create your account without a payment card. There is no paid upgrade.
Your shared links work from signup. Request review when your profile is ready. A person decides approval; search-engine indexing also requires your visibility preference.
Team and facility workflows are planned as future free capabilities. They are not available yet.
