Yes — €0, forever. It's not a trial and we never ask for a card. You get a full profile page, shareable profile and booking links, unlimited bookings, client messaging and calendar sync.
No. Bookings are unlimited on every plan, and we take 0% commission on all of them — your clients pay you directly.
Pro adds automatic invoices for completed bookings, manual invoices, accounting CSV export, review import, unlimited clients and rebooking reminders sent to you. Free already includes CSV client import within its allowance. These Pro tools are built; see this page for current subscription availability.
Whenever the business tools would save you real time. Most sitters start on Free and upgrade once they're managing a steady roster of clients — there's no pressure, and Free stays generous.
Yes. Downgrade any time and you'll move to Free at the end of your billing year. Your profile, reviews and client history stay exactly where they are.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of your billing period.
The first 100 Pro subscribers pay €199/year, and that rate is locked for as long as they stay subscribed. Once the 100 places are taken, Pro is €299/year. Places are claimed at checkout, not by registering interest. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
Never. The Pet Sitter is completely free for pet owners — no booking fees, no service fees, and no cut of what you pay your sitter. That's a real difference: on several commission platforms, owners pay a booking or service fee on top of the sitter's rate (Rover charges owners an 11% booking fee, and Mad Paws adds a booking fee to every booking) — so owners pay more while sitters still receive less. We charge neither side of a booking.
You can — and for some established sitters it makes sense. But a DIY stack (domain, hosting, a site builder and booking software) typically runs €400–900 a year before invoicing or marketing tools, and you still have to wire it all together yourself. The Free plan gives you a profile page, bookings, messaging and a calendar at €0 — the software to run the business, not just a website about it.
