A guide to Dog Boarding
Understand the care, prepare useful questions and agree the details directly with your sitter. The software is free; sitters charge for their care.
What is Dog Boarding?
Dog boarding is overnight care for your dog at a sitter's home or premises. The setting, sleeping arrangements and daily routine vary by provider, so check the profile and visit before booking.
Home boarding can suit dogs who prefer a household routine, while a purpose-built kennel may offer separate sleeping areas, secure runs and staff cover. Discuss walks, rest, supervision and any medication with the person caring for your dog.
Sitters set their own rates. Confirm the total, currency and any agreed extras before booking, then pay the sitter directly. The Pet Sitter is free and takes no booking commission; an external payment provider may charge its own fees.
