The Pro Plan and the Founding 100: What You Get
Bring your clients, run a booking and see what makes the next one easier. That is why we have a permanent Free plan rather than a trial countdown.
Pro is the extra business toolkit, billed annually. Its features are implemented; check the pricing page for current checkout availability and the applicable offer.
What changes with Pro
Free already includes your profile and permanent booking link, unlimited bookings, messaging, an outward calendar feed, report cards, browser-recorded GPS routes, up to 10 clients and limited CSV import.
Pro adds:
- Unlimited clients and client import without the Free allowance.
- Manual invoices, plus automatic invoices for completed bookings when automatic invoicing is enabled.
- A bookkeeper CSV of issued invoices, separate from the ordinary client and earnings exports available on Free.
- Review import from other platforms, subject to authenticity review.
- Rebooking reminders sent to the sitter and broader access to the sitter assistant.
These tools do not collect booking payments, reconcile your bank account or provide live QuickBooks, Xero or MYOB sync. You receive client payments directly using your own arrangements and record them yourself.
How the founding offer works
The founding offer is €199/year + VAT for the first 100 eligible paid Pro subscribers while the offer is available. The standard annual price is €299/year + VAT. Current availability and the offered price are shown on the pricing page and confirmed before payment.
A founding subscriber keeps the founding rate while the subscription remains active. Cancelling ends that entitlement; subscribing again uses the offer available at that time. A Free signup or interest-list registration does not reserve a founding place or rate.
There is no monthly subscription. Owners pay us nothing and we take no booking commission on either plan. Any fees charged by your own payment provider are separate.
What is still on the roadmap
Team tools for staff accounts and shared scheduling, Facility tools for larger operations, and recurring timed visits are on the roadmap, not included capabilities today. Owner-side marketplace discovery is also not available yet.
Report cards, GPS route recording and limited Free CSV import already help you organise clients and share care updates without upgrading.
A reason to upgrade, not a deadline
Try the next booking with your clients. If invoices, a larger client list or the other tools remove work you repeat every week, Pro may be useful. If Free meets your needs, keep using it.
