Create and check
Automatic invoices follow completed bookings. For other work, choose a client and create a manual invoice; review the dates, items and amounts before issuing it.

Share the invoice
Open or print the invoice and save a PDF through your browser. When you issue an invoice, it is also emailed if the client has an email address and email notifications are enabled. It records what the client owes.

Record and export
Mark the invoice paid after receiving payment. Export issued invoice records by date for your bookkeeper; keep different currencies separate.
Finish the month with records you can explain
A client has paid for three walks by bank transfer. Check the payment against the invoice before marking it paid. At month end, export the relevant invoice dates and keep the original invoices alongside your payment records.
What to know before you start
The Pet Sitter does not collect, hold or verify money. CSV export is not live accounting sync. Your business details and tax obligations remain yours to check; the software does not file tax returns.
Practical questions
Do invoices cost extra?
No. Manual invoices, automatic booking invoices and accounting CSV exports are included. A payment provider you choose may charge its own fees.
Does sending an invoice charge my client?
No. Agree payment arrangements directly with your client. Sending or marking an invoice does not move money or confirm a bank payment.
Can I send the export to my bookkeeper?
Yes. Select the invoice date range and export the issued records. Currency amounts remain separate; ask your bookkeeper which records they need.
