How do I sign in to my account?
The Pet Sitter uses passwordless sign-in. Request a secure link sent to your email address and open it to sign in, with no password to remember or reset. Sign-in relies on access to your email inbox: keep that inbox secure and do not share the link. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or request a new link from the login page.
How does The Pet Sitter protect my personal data?
We protect personal information with encrypted connections, access controls and secure hosting. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your optional privacy choices and your data rights.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, contact [email protected]. We normally respond to data-rights requests within one month and explain any lawful extension. Deletion is subject to applicable record-retention duties and the protection of legal claims; we explain which records must be retained. Complete or cancel active bookings before closing your account. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
