How do I edit my profile information?
For sitters, update your bio and photos in Profile, and manage services, rates and availability in the Services & Rates tab. Request a human profile review when your page is ready; relevant changes after that request return for review. Your shared profile and booking links work without profile approval. Owners can edit pet profiles from their dashboard and personal details in Account.
How do I update my contact details or email address?
Open Account to update your name and phone number. Your sign-in email is read-only here; contact [email protected] if you need help changing it. Adding or changing a phone number only updates your contact details. It does not verify your identity or award a badge.
Which emails will I receive?
We send essential messages about account access, bookings, invoices, security and support, plus one welcome email for a new account. Promotional email sequences, rebooking reminders and review-request campaigns are switched off. Keep your account email address accessible so you can receive sign-in links and time-sensitive booking messages.
How do I change the language of The Pet Sitter?
The Pet Sitter is available in English, French, Spanish, German, and Dutch. You can change the language by selecting your preferred language from the language selector in the website header. Your language preference is remembered across sessions. All core content including help articles, interface text, and email communications are available in all five languages.
