Your Profile

September 13, 2026

Everything on this page in one place. If you cannot find what you need, message us — a person reads everything.

Why does my profile not appear in search results?

Public search and browsing for owners are coming soon — they are parked while we build them, so no profile appears there yet. What works from the moment you sign up is your own profile page and your permanent booking link, for anyone you share them with — put that link in your Instagram bio, your email signature, or on a business card. When your page has the essentials, you can request a review from your dashboard; a person on our team reviews it. Once yours is approved, search engines may index the page only while search-engine visibility is enabled in your profile settings — and that setting never stops your shared profile or booking links from working. If your profile page is not loading, check that you are using the link shown on your dashboard and contact our support team. Empty availability does not hide the page.

How do I get ready for search opening?

Make your page useful to the clients who open your link: explain your care, add clear photos and keep services, rates and availability current. Your dashboard's profile score is a setup aid, not a public rating or a promise of search position. The review checklist separately shows the essentials needed to request human approval. Responding reliably and doing good work matter to clients, but neither buys a guaranteed ranking. In-product sitter search remains on the roadmap.

What photos should I add to my profile?

Upload clear, well-lit photos of your pet sitting environment — the spaces where pets will sleep, eat, and play. Include photos of yourself with animals if possible. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images. Profiles with 5 or more quality photos receive significantly more enquiries than those with fewer. You add your photos from your dashboard whenever you like — up to six profile photos and six photos of your home — and you can update them at any time.
